Panel 1: Vanita and the Demon King gaze down to the raw whole chicken in its packaging (off-panel). King asks, “...Is that a chicken in the sack?” Vanita says, “Mmhmm.”

Panel 2: Same shot as panel 1, but a bit closer on Vanita as she looks startled. King says, “As penance for my error, I wish to cook it for you.”

Panel 3: Wide panel. Vanita leans back to look up into King’s face. King is smiling. Vanita says, “You really don’t have to. Besides, you may not even know how the oven works - “ And King says, “I can prepare it. I will let you handle the equipment. Fair?”

Panel 4: Larger panel. We see the chicken, still in its wrapping, on the counter. Vanita and Demon King are in the shot, but the view is zoomed in on their hands. Vanita brushes her hair nervously as King claps. Vanita says, “...Ok. Fair.” King says, “Good! Now, where do you keep the butter?”

You know how it works: you get in an argument, you make up, you make chicken. Mmmm, make-up chicken...
